Unfortunately this product did not work and I was really very sad. I have rheumatic problems and fibromyalgia and have had severe inflammation for a few days. I was in excruciating pain and losing my mind. I exercise regularly because it's good for my condition, but the bouts of pain I've been having lately have been too severe. I needed relief that wasn't sold by prescription. I was so excited when I saw this product because of the seller's claims about its properties and I had percussion therapy from a physical therapist a few years ago so I knew the benefits! I was so excited to see this product with 15 heads, 2 extra massage balls, storage box, long lasting battery, 30 adjustable speeds and top notch massage vibrator. Even the latest noise reduction technology! It was expensive for me but I was desperate! To say I couldn't wait to get this product would be a gross understatement. It arrived, I opened the box like it was Christmas morning! I read all the instructions and charged it in three hours. I tried turning it on and absolutely nothing happened. So I thought maybe it wasn't charged enough. So I charged it for another three hours. I knew it was online because it lit up when connected. I tried turning it on after that loading time and absolutely nothing happened. I was furious because this product is not cheap. I was also very upset because I was in a lot of physical pain. Then I decided to let it charge all night. I woke up the next morning numb and in pain like many of us who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia hoping this device might bring relief. He didn't even turn on. I tried everything to achieve anything at all! I read the instructions about ten times to make sure I did everything right. Nothing yet. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I cried and cried. I was so depressed I paid all that money, did whatever needed to be done to charge it and it wouldn't even turn on for me. I was in so much pain I would have appreciated even ten minutes of work, but I didn't get anything. Luckily I have support because that day was very traumatic for me. I've been ordering from Revain for many years and it's incredibly rare that I leave a completely negative review, even if the product doesn't meet the requirements. But I really felt that I had to voice my experience with this product because maybe the sellers or manufacturers of this product can find out why some of these machines are having this particular problem as I have seen some negative reviews mentioning similar problems. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through these few days, spend their hard earned money on this car, expect relief and get nothing. I bought a 3 year protection plan but was so frustrated with this situation that I didn't even try to find out if it was feasible. I put the car in a box and put it in the corner. I don't even want to look at it. My apologies to the seller but this issue with these machines needs to be addressed.
