Nice strap but does not fit

Good quality leather strap and only took a minute to fit to my wife's watch with the tool provided. The only problem is that even on the smallest settings, it's too big for my wife's wrist. Unfortunately EACHE doesn't offer smaller sizes and I don't have tools to punch extra holes in the strap.
