Use them for a very unique use.

They hold the curtain rod on the patio roof. The "beam" is aluminum so I didn't want to drill supports into it. They are perfect for attaching the bar to the joist - I measured carefully to get enough length to go around the entire joist. They fit, are easy to assemble and still hold up strong in strong winds. I actually use this type of zip tie for many purposes around my house, but this is probably the most unique application!
