This gauge, like Lisle's, arrived with an off-center pointer, which seriously affected the accuracy of the readings. My guess is that the sensors aren't necessarily junk, but have been carelessly handled and improperly packaged by people who don't understand or care how fragile they are. A good hard hit is usually enough to ruin them. I returned both of the above gauges and then went to my local auto parts store to buy one. The first one the salesman handed me off the shelf was perfectly centered and seemed to work fine.
