This black dehumidifier matches the description. Has worked fine for three months. At this point, all LED indicators stopped working. The device turned off to indicate the tank was full even if there was no water in the tank. I have contacted the Black and Decker (wrong name) Customer Service Center listed in the manual. After waiting 20 minutes the rep said it was under warranty and they would email me a return label. The sticker has not arrived. Called again a week later. After a mandatory 20 minute wait, I was told I would receive the label within three days. Still no label. Another week later I called again, waited another 20 minutes and was assured I would receive the tag within a day. There was never a label. A company is only worth buying if they are willing to support their product and warranty. Black and Deck and their distributor W Appliance are not such companies. After contacting Revain and describing my difficulties, they tried to contact W Appliance to no avail. Revain has issued a partial refund of the cost of the product. And yes, Revain sent a return label.
