On April 21, 2022, I went to Amazon and purchased this laptop from them. In the first few days, nothing went wrong; however, after approximately a week, a few programs started to become unresponsive. This was followed by a crash to the login screen, which resulted in the termination of all open programs. At first, I thought it might have been because Ubuntu wasn't installed properly, so I reinstalled the operating system. However, the freezing problem persisted. The screen of the laptop started developing stripes today, exactly 27 days after it was purchased (see accompanying photo for further explanation). At this point, the only option available through Amazon is to send the laptop to a service center and wait up to 45 days for a decision.
