I like that it's easy for customers to use, especially if they are already using Google Docs or Dropbox! You can also have multiple people editing at once so there isn't one person in charge who gets overwhelmed by all tasks when working remotely (which is common). It just takes some getting used too since everything looks different than what was expected from Word/Excel documents but overall great tool which makes collaborating super simple without having someone physically present every time something needs changed or updated etc..
