Unreliable - design issues
Oven only reached 194F (90C) after 1 year. It was within the 2 year warranty but they require you to cut the cord and send it in for a replacement oven. Difficult to tune between 400-450F as that is a small area on the dial. Despite the "Stainless Steel" inscription, the outer metal case tarnishes. The cable is very short. You cannot replace the heating coil like you used to. The only thing I liked was the door handle.
