No major complaints.
Pros -It works great with my 5x 4TB Raid 5. -Almost silent operation -Good user manual -Easy installation -Price -Comes with everything you need except hard drives -They give you 2x more mounting screws than you will to need. Disadvantages - cheap mounting screws. - Hard drive trays have a very tight tolerance. Tighten all 4 bolts before fully tightening to avoid this, weak bolt heads can be a problem due to the extra resistance.
