Review on πŸ₯§ Fox Run Rectangular Loose Bottom Tart/Quiche Pan 11-Inch - Preferred Non-Stick | Ideal for Baking Delicious Tarts and Quiches by Art Porras

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the one to buy! (Pine Nut Crusted Lemon Tart)

I tried several other tart pans on revain, including "revain's Choice," and they were crap. The bottoms were way too small, and the gauge of the metal was too thin. But these Fox Run ones? These are where it's at! The non-stick is luscious and thick. The bottom plate is a nice snug fit so it won't wobble around in the pan. The metal is stiff and doesn't warp easily. I am digging it. I baked a pine nut crusted lemon tart in it and it held up fantastically. The tart shell removed effortlessly from the non-stick fluted edges without suffering any damage, and because the bottom plate is fitted to the right size, the outer edges of the tart were still supported once the fluted sides were removed. A+ Would absolutely buy it again. Yes it's like $7-$9 more than some of the other ones. Get over it. It's worth it.
