Review on Tact Brand Self Adhesive 18 Inches Boardwalk by Douglas Irwin

My fiance and I have bought a house that is in need of a major renovation. To save money in the kitchen we kept some of the remaining cabinets, repainted them and added new hardware. I've never used contact paper before but love how it has transformed my closets. It's a fun surprise every time I open it. The color matched my kitchen perfectly and was easy to install once I got the hang of it. I recommend peeling off the backing one at a time, leveling and smoothing the paper slowly as you peel off the backing rather than all the backing at once. This contact paper is forgiving. So if I don't line it up properly or have a crease, I just peel off the part that needs fixing and start over. If there are air bubbles, they are smoothed out by a light prick with a needle. I'm curious to see how it holds up over time as it appears flimsy, but so far I'm very pleased!
