Inexpensive and easy wall upgrade!

A 1960's bathroom needs a modernization with blue and silver foil wallpaper. Removal was not an option. I stuck this self-adhesive contact paper to the wallpaper and it worked beautifully! You should cut smaller pieces, no larger than 12 inches, as they are easier to work with. Forget matching seams. The nice thing is that you can always take it off if it doesn't get it right the first time. The Exacto Knife is your friend to cut through any overlap. There are rulers on the back of the paper to

Beauty is a pain in storage and organization

So 4 stars because it's beautiful when finished. I took off 1 star because it took a few hours. I used it to line the back of my kitchen cabinets and it was a headache! $#. Just be aware that using a stencil (if you need to cut and adjust) is like putting a jigsaw puzzle together with a thin piece of superglue that succumbs to static electricity and sticks to anything it touches, including itself Other than that, it's gentle and has been taken off and reapplied 1.5 million times. Appears to…

Transformed my old kitchen drawers!

My fiance and I have bought a house that is in need of a major renovation. To save money in the kitchen we kept some of the remaining cabinets, repainted them and added new hardware. I've never used contact paper before but love how it has transformed my closets. It's a fun surprise every time I open it. The color matched my kitchen perfectly and was easy to install once I got the hang of it. I recommend peeling off the backing one at a time, leveling and smoothing the paper slowly as you peel…

Great pattern/color. No Stickiness

I bought this contact paper to wipe down the wooden boards in one of my closets. The cabinet needed a new update and after looking at many different patterns of self-adhesive contact paper I settled on this grey/white pattern. The contact paper was easy to cut and fit to the wooden boards. The pattern was beautiful and exactly what I expected. However, the adhesive on the back of the contact paper wasn't as strong as I expected. I figured the contact paper would stick to the board and stay on…

LOVELY RICH LOOK, better than picture! and it's ON SALE.

I had to redo some drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. INSERTS CAN BE EXPENSIVE, especially if you have some drawers to line them up. I went to Walmart and thought it was funny. I will NOT pay $20+ to line up two large and several small boxes. I had a comfortable insole. He was always clumping, moving out of place so I needed a STICKY look. THIS TIE GRAY BROWN goes well with the wood and I couldn't believe they bought it for less than FIVE BAXORS at 18 inches by 20 feet! Have you been spending

Do not buy! - Organize closets and drawers

It was just awful, don't waste your money. We just bought a house and I needed to replace the liners on the shelves. With any project that uses sticky paper, everyone says it's contact paper, so of course I thought it was a good thing, but it was a nightmare. The paper backing had to be peeled off at an exact 180 degree angle and there couldn't be any waves or creases, otherwise the back would tear and small pieces would stick to the back. I had several very long shelves that I put this on and…

Nice pattern - and some installation tips!

Some installation tips: 1. Unroll it on the floor and let it rest for a few hours before you want to install it. That way it won't get super curly if you try to style it straight.2. Make a template out of disposable paper, such as B. a paper bag or newspaper, especially for corners and edges that are difficult to measure. This stuff is curly and it's almost impossible to get a good template while it's still on the reel. Plus, you can get the perfect angle and don't be afraid to cut a few times…
