If the description doesn't say the rubber lip stays close enough to the ground that you don't have to keep sweeping that line, that's where the remaining dirt comes in. The first Cross the pot that would be a 4 or 5 star rating as this is a problem with every broom I have ever owned. I really like its compactness. You can take it apart by simply unscrewing the rod sections and leaving all the parts in the bucket when not in use. Very light and the blue is very cute. The coolest aspect is how it keeps dust etc in the broom. I think there has to be some kind of static thing because it almost never crashes, and yet if you shake it over the bin it all comes out easily. I haven't had a problem with the bristles getting very dirty either, so it seems like the comb probably works, although I don't even realize it. then you have to keep wiping that remaining spot. It takes me at least 5-6 times to understand all this.
