Do you have a wood stove? Take it!

I have a wood stove in my garden and it has become a staple. Fire up the stove, spread a layer of hot coals in the middle, place this sucker on top, heat for 10 minutes and you're good to go! Whatever you're cooking, a little fat or juice drips onto the coals, burns as smoke that rises into the food and gives it incredible flavor. For some reason it's not the same as regular grilling, it tastes different and really good. Chicken bones, hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, veggies. So good. Cons, I've had issues with things sticking. I'm working on seasoning it as I don't think it was pre-seasoned or at least not good. On some softer burgers, the grates are spaced far enough that the patty can sink in too far.
