I found this cable after many hours of searching and studying the connection cable for my ResMed S10 CPAP machine to a solar power generator. I found a 300w Rockpals unit with a 24vdc connection. This is the only solar generator I have found that has this connector. With this cable I can connect 300W directly to Airsense 10 and it works great. I plan to try it at home and see how many hours I can go without a full charge. I will be using it for camping so maybe consider a 100w solar panel to extend battery life.
