sizing chart is off
I do like the quality of the little jacket but their sizing chart is bonkers! Our bichon has a chest measurement of 18 so I bought the small (chest 17.5-22.5 or something like that) - thinking we would have plenty of room. Nope! I can barely get the velcro attached and it pulls terribly across her belly. I was going to exchange it for a larger size but did not trust that I could guess the correct size. Plus I had thrown the packaging away and felt it was just too much of a hassle.
