I like that they were able to do all my homework - from finding out what was needed (and not necessary) as well as determining how much it would cost me up front vs later down the road! This allowed us to make an informed decision about whether or not this vendor could meet our needs/expectations going forward. The price quote provided by them was fair & reasonable compared with other vendors we interviewed at similar stages during project development process. They did everything promised but more!! We hired their services primarily because there wasn't anything else available locally when looking into migrating some very sensitive financial information offsite while still maintaining regulatory compliance standards within state laws pertaining to such transactions. Their team came through big time. The support team were very helpful when we needed them most - they helped us solve an issue with our email platform provider that was causing issues migrating emails from one system into MailChimp (which I think everyone knows has been discontinued!). This isn't always easy but their customer care approach really makes it worth while! We have not had any problems since switching over so far as i can tell!!
