Does not work and does not match the quality of original parts.
Terrible quality. I replaced the cam shifters, timing chain, chain guides and chain tensioners, and both VVTs. Had the same problem after installing and had the same problem. After replacing everything except the new VVTs, I had the same problem. Finally, replacing the new VVTs with Motocraft VVTs fixed the problem. The truck just got happier. The Doorman VVT looks like a quality product but does not appear to be compatible with the 2010 F150 5.4.
