Bad thread in sleeping bags

This sleeping bag is very soft. I wanted to love it but the first time I bought all the quilted threads inside came loose and the filler came out. I was hoping it was just defective so I bought another one but unfortunately the same thing happened. Too expensive for such a serious disadvantage. It's also very long which would be fine if it was good quality because it will last a long time but the arm and neck holes are very large and my son can stretch his arms straight without even trying.
