This bulb simulates the light of the sun, the choice of color temperature is really great, it can be adjusted, you can adjust the color temperature and brightness as you like. There isn't good natural light in my apartment, this light really helps me stay awake. I love that I have the option to choose between warm, cool or neutral light and adjust the brightness to my comfort level without being blinded.
