Great tool but some features are not available due to regional restrictions
PRO's: The tool is great, has many useful features. Ability to use Autel Labscope, Endoscope and Battery Tester with integrated software. Covers many manufacturers. It takes some time to get used to the large number of functions and to become familiar with the layout and the functions. CONS: The device is not part of the US region. After calling Autel USA about technical problems, after providing the serial number, we were told that the device does not belong to the USA region. Therefore, some software is not available depending on the region. I'm also wondering how this will affect warranty coverage as it may need to be shipped to China for service instead of the US.
