The cheaply made zipper handle broke on the first attempt to open the case. The toxic chemical smell that others have mentioned is really strong and awful. The case of my WD Elements portable external hard drive is so narrow that the USB cable bends when I close the case. (I love having the drive in a case, and most of the time it zips it up even when I'm using the drive.) And it's too tight to wrap my 6-foot USB cable in the case when traveling. I will be returning this case and ordering another one in a larger size and hopefully better quality.
