This beautiful device was just fantastic to use! The reason I didn't give it five stars is that tiny bits of tea can swim out of the holes BUT that's not a deal breaker at all! In fact, I probably get more out of my tea this way. If you don't open the tea ball all the way and overlap part of it, you can WAAAAAA put more tea in one ball than any of those stupid tea infuser. Now I have two of these and the chicken wire keeps everything off the tea but they can only be loaded with that part of the loose tea that is the oxobol. This thing is worth its weight in gold and I love all things oxo so if you can afford it go for it you won't regret it. And it's easy to clean. Of course, if you let the pieces of tea dry in any device, cleaning them is not easy. I wash it after every use so I'm not worried. It's a staple in my office and I don't drink loose tea without it.
