Leaves microfibers that stick like glue.
These towels are thick and soft, but they have a big problem. When you clean your car windows, they leave a fine lint residue after unpacking that is almost impossible to remove from the glass. We washed them and ran them through two drying cycles and the problem persisted, albeit much less than the first attempt. The only way to get the microfibers off the glass was to use another dry cloth to lightly rub the glass. Too much trouble for me. We'll probably use them like regular rags for grease, oil, etc.
