Leaves microfibers that stick like glue.

These towels are thick and soft, but they have a big problem. When you clean your car windows, they leave a fine lint residue after unpacking that is almost impossible to remove from the glass. We washed them and ran them through two drying cycles and the problem persisted, albeit much less than the first attempt. The only way to get the microfibers off the glass was to use another dry cloth to lightly rub the glass. Too much trouble for me. We'll probably use them like regular rags for grease,

Not worth it

Price and name. I thought I was getting an excellent product. I use other Chemical Guys products and think they're great, but these towels are hardly average if not bad. On first use one broke off like people do to remove particles or sand so I don't scratch the paint and was rewarded with dozens of tiny yellow pollen-like particles all over it. you shed. They stuck to my clothes and scattered all over the garage. No good boys-o-chemists. On top of that they just don't feel as plush, they don't

Go-to Towel best in Car Care

At first I only bought these towels to dry. Well I've had a full day of detailing and a couple of the more expensive towels I used for wax and other sprays were throwing red lint all over. Those were the only things I had to rely on and without a wash the lint didn't shed. All you have to do to get them is a quick towel wipe to pull out a few "flyers" and your set is ready to go. I had to wash others and they hit and missed. If they were different colors it would be even better. (Help me…

I have cleaned crime/injury scenes and know how to clean up messes.

I've been ordering three-color packaging from Zwipes for a long time. Having used them at work, I was familiar with their cleansing abilities. Just for fun, I decided to try these orange shenanigans. Doesn't matter. Serious. These things are so good that they made me reconsider other fabrics. Let me just say it's not cheap. you are good Depending on how you value your time, it matters. SIZE: They are significantly larger than most of their competitors on the market. You'll find that you'll have

Works as intended. A little too prone to bits getting stuck in the fibers

Works as well as you would expect from microfiber towels. Almost TOO good! I use it as a wipe in combination with the Bugs N All bug remover. I might only have to change if I use the towels during the cleaning process, but they tend to grab loose bits of bug spray and can't easily let go when I wash the towels afterwards. I know this is a downside of microfiber and why you can use up so many towels quickly, but I was hoping to reuse the towels at least a couple of times before sending them to…

Just the right size and microfiber blend for detailing

I needed a replacement for my Meguiar microfiber cloth 3 years ago as it was no longer working as well as I was using to remove wax from my car or Auto used the QuickDetailer. I read good reviews about these Chemical Guys towels so I decided to give them a try. Here are some of their claims and my review: Ultra-soft premium towel Definitely a thick, soft towel Ideal for buffing and wiping for finishing touches Easily removes wax and/or polish and leaves no streaks without a scratch - there's…

The towel is considered the de facto standard. And not for nothing!

They're often considered the benchmark for car wash towels, and with good reason. The microfiber is of the highest quality, one side has longer loops giving it a fluffier feel which is great for drying the car or for a 'soft polish' (e.g. removing soft wax) while the other side has a denser pile ideal for removing/buffing polishes, compounds or other products that leave a crusty residue. The reversible nature makes the towel very versatile, while the quality of the microfiber and the sufficient
