The software is very easy to use and understand. It is customizable to fit any business.

This program has so many options for managing all aspects of a dealership. It allows for a variety of solutions for a dealership. As an example, when my dealership purchased a new truck, I added a lot of information about that vehicle and was able to send it out to the customers via email or printable receipt. In addition, we also have the ability to manage the monthly payments, finance, insurance, taxes and etc. In addition, we are able to customize this program to meet our specific needs. For instance, we can customize our CRM by adding modules such as Dealership Management System, Inventory Management System, Customer Relations, Lead Generation, Dealer Directory, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Advertising, Leasing and Reporting. We also can add other products such as Warranty Management System, Employee Scheduling System, Scheduled Maintenance System, Scheduled Repairs System, Parts & Service Repair System, and Document Imaging System. All of these modules allow us to automate processes within the dealership which helps speed up the operation of the dealership and saves us money. This is an excellent product and the support provided is phenomenal!
