The one I received was missing a zip so I ordered a replacement but the stitching on the shoulder strap was already frayed so one was returned too. The bag is very soft, maybe a little more than I need. I wish the handles were a little bigger so they sit better on the shoulder when the shoulder strap is not in use. They were a little tight. I would have kept them if they hadn't been damaged upon arrival
