I love how easy it is to use, as well that they have great customer service! It's so much easier than other programs out there for scheduling our podcast episodes - plus we can see what people are listening too with their player in real time which gives us valuable feedback from them about where things go wrong or not right (which helps improve future podcasts). The cost of using this software could be better but overall i like everything else just fine :) We're able to schedule all of my Podcasts very easily now thanks to Feature FM!
