As someone who shops online quite frequently, I was delighted to find that RoomyRoc carries a comprehensive assortment of toys and games, novelty and joke items, magnets and magnetic toys, and more. However, after several purchases that fell short of my expectations, I am now able to state with complete certainty that the products sold at this store do not live up to customer expectations. The toys and games are manufactured poorly and do not have any sort of durability, which means that after only a few uses, they break into pieces. The novelty and joke items are devoid of taste and are not worth the money; this is before taking into account the embarrassment that would result from giving them as presents. Because of their lack of strength and the ease with which they can be broken, the magnets and magnetic devices are a waste of money. In addition, RoomyRoc's lackluster customer support is a major drawback. I made several attempts to get in touch with them about a faulty product, but I never heard back from them. Additionally aggravating was the checkout process, which was plagued with technical issues that made it difficult for me to finish placing my purchase. In general, I do not consider RoomyRoc to be a reliable source for either the quality of its products or the support it provides to its customers.
