Received them today and it took me less than 10 minutes to put them together. They come with hardware, wooden knobs and an Allen key. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a rubber mallet for assembly. Rubber mallet for driving wooden buttons to fill carriage bolt holes. I had no problems assembling it. You pre-drilled the spacers but did not drill through the bottom of the seat where the legs attach. Just center and screw on all sides. It is actually quite simple. They are cute and match the Hillsdale pub table I bought a few weeks ago. The navy white color goes perfectly with the navy white base of the table. They seem pretty solid once assembled, but definitely not worth $45 apiece in my opinion. However, they will work to get me seated at the table when I use it for cooking. Overall I'm happy with the looks and functionality. Time will tell how long they last in use.
