Excellent until it died just 32 days after purchase. The product looks and works well, with a modern but simple design and a blue LED when heating up. The water boils very quickly and the jug itself is cordless. The product is easy to use and works as expected. The problem is that ours died (won't turn on) after just 32 days. Which passed the Revain return policy. So I called Ovente customer service on 800 which is only spoof because you get a recorded message saying they don't deal with defects, returns and phone support for 'safety reasons'. Nobody really answers the phone. Registering a product means nothing as it only adds your contact information to its database, but the consumer does not receive any additional support information. So I paid for boiling water for about a month, and now I have to get rid of a useless piece of junk. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY
