I do not care.
That's quite a lot for the given size. Very wide at shoulders and bodice. I compared it to another dress I ordered, also a 3T, which arrived the same day. It feels perfect and is a full inch wider from shoulder to shoulder. The fabric is a heavy knit that looks 1960s to me. Doesn't breathe at all. Not recommended.

- Chose this for my best friend's daughter and it was cute.
Cons
- The tutu may be itchy or uncomfortable for some kids, making them picky and unwilling to wear a dress for a long time.
