Cons: they are covered in some kind of powder or dust and you will need to wipe them down. Also, you need a balloon blower of some kind. The other down part was it was a little hard putting them on the attachment. The slipped out so I had to tie them onto that, was tough on the hands.Pros: after all said and done, the balloons did look great and they stayed filled for over 2 weeks. For the price, would give them another try.
