It's a little big for my desk area, but I just wiggled my desk over to make it fit. I have lower back problems due to a lot of manual labor in high school and it helps keep my posture nice and I love the leather (idk if it's real or not) feel to it. It is a little rocky, but I like to fidget so it doesn't really bother me. The one thing that bothered me was the protectors for the sides that connect the top and the bottom part of the chair were so hard for me to put in, but I think the assembly only took me an hour to complete by myself. I am only about 5 feet tall so the neck pillow doesn't really hit me in the right spot. No complaints there really since I tend to sit very forward in my seat anyways.
