For some reason some rooms have quite a few outlets behind the furniture. This flattens the device or extension cord. I foresee a dangerous situation, so I pushed them to prevent the problem. That works great. My only criticism is that the angle of the extension points up and looks chunky. But hey, you can't see it, so who cares? Could the socket have been installed the wrong way around? Can this be a manufacturer error? Small remark.
