My 5 year old daughter is a size 12 in shoes. All other brands of shoes she owns are a size 12. We went ahead and ordered her normal size and they were ridiculously large. So I exchanged it for a size 11. I even measured her legs to make sure it was her size. Incorrect! Still too big. She is very sad and crying because she loves shoes but cannot wear them. I also have health issues and have a hard time leaving home so I can't keep coming back to Coles to do refunds. Please downsize.
