I label the discs otherwise it would be very difficult to determine which disc I need. , the sleeve keeps the flash drives in the area where you placed them. This is a great case for organizing your flash drives and seems great for carrying your drives on the go. My experience with this case has been very good so far, which is why I recommend it.
