The thing was perfect. until it exploded in my daughter's nursery a month later. It literally started making a crackling noise and the next thing I see is smoke. If I hadn't been in the room at the time I'm pretty sure it would have started an electrical fire in the house. UPDATE: 01/20/2021. The seller contacted me and sent me a new but different version of this product. The new one hasn't had any problems so far (it's also a completely different model). I would raise my rating to 5 stars if the seller didn't email me practically every day asking me to update my rating. According to you, you are trying to improve the customer experience, especially by submitting a new product. But don't send things while you're waiting or trying to get someone to give you a new review. EMAIL ME EVERY DAY, MUST UPDATE MY RATING, THIS IS ANNOUNCEMENT. If the client wants to do it, they will, don't chase after them.
