The team at SC were brilliant from start to finish - they really helped us understand our business objectives as well as helping with creative ideas for campaigns that would drive engagement in key areas of social media channels (Twitter & Facebook). They worked very closely with all stakeholders across both internal teams within Social Media Agency Digital Insight PLC who we have been working alongside since inception. As part of their work delivering multiple projects over four years it was great how much experience each member had which added value through knowledge sharing opportunities throughout this time period too! I think if you're looking specifically for one person then make sure there is some interaction between members so everyone gets involved more than just 1 or 2 people doing most things? It's not necessarily something specific but also look into what kind of experiences/projects your organisation has run previously where different agencies / consultants etc may be better suited depending upon previous.
