I love the look and fit of this shoe. However, after wearing it a second time, I had a long day at school (i.e. on my feet). And at the end of the day I had blisters on the back of my heel. I don't know if it was just my two stitches that destroyed the back of the heel. I had nice and comfortable shoes, quite comfortable until painful rubbing started. I may have to cut off the back loop that you use to put your shoes on, which is unfortunate and far from ideal. Or try buying small pads to put under your heel. I've never had to tailor a pair of shoes to wear them. I stopped wearing shoes because of this problem. It just doesn't pay to be a shoe or shoe fabric designer for a reputable company. This is very bad because it is a nice shoe that fits your foot well. But you will damage the old heel. It's been about a week since I last wore them due to this issue and I still have scabs on my heels still trying to heal :(
