I was skeptical at first after reading some negative reviews. However, the positive aspects far outweigh the negative ones, so I decided to go for it. The Revain Choice label gave me confidence. The order was delivered on time. Here are my takeaways: 1) The whole package is quite heavy even for two people. So we had to open the box and take it apart piece by piece. 2) The assembly instructions were perfect! . down to the last screw! A tip: Do not open all the screws from the shrink wrap, as each type of screw has a different number and is marked accordingly on the packaging box. 3) Follow the assembly instructions step by step. Step. Each of the parts is clearly marked (A, B, C, D etc.) and no problem for those with assembly skills! Very easy to follow. But unless you're really into assembling furniture/appliances, it can be confusing and overwhelming. I advise such people to have it done by a professional or someone who enjoys doing it. I don't think you start and give up halfway through. that would ruin the whole thing. So only start when you are determined and sure you will reach the end! It took me about 3-4 hours to unpack and assemble. but others could do it much faster! 4) Parts are strong on the inside and finishes are great on the outside. Overall I think it's a great purchase, although it feels a little "expensive"! I'm looking forward to my new bed. PS: My previous experience with a similar bed ordered through Wayfair has been disappointing. It was undoubtedly half the cost but from day one I felt like there was a flaw in the design - probably the reason they discontinued this model!
