I've had these for about a week now and they fit perfectly in the ear. The sound quality for music is great however, when using it for phone calls the sound quality is poor. I keep getting complaints that I sound muffled, distant or like I'm far away using a microphone. This is heart breaking as these were bought specifically for phone calls as I'm always on the go and keeping a phone in my hand to talk is not always possible for multitasking. In addition, the range is very short. It easily gets disconnected during calls or with a quick turn of the head.
