Review on 🪞 XPXKJ 7-Inch Heart Shaped Mirror: Double-Sided 3X Magnification Vanity Makeup Mirror for Bathroom, Bedroom, and Dressing Area by Angela Murphy

I would give this five stars considering how cute it is, but I had two problems when I got it. The first was insignificant. The mirror has an artificial stone texture which I wasn't aware of which means it has gray dots in the pink. I thought it was just dust at first and tried to erase it, but it's actually part of the design. Not really a problem, but something to consider. However, there was another, more important problem. I tried to gently screw in the part that holds the real mirror to the base, but I also wanted it to be tight and secure. With very little effort, the screw broke and got stuck in the base, leaving two separate pieces that would not connect. It didn't even break, just broke gently, like the plastic was soft and spongy. I was able to fix this by hot glueing the mirror holder to the base (superglue didn't work and hot glue can be easily removed if you put the pieces together askew). Is it a bad product? Eee, right? But is it cheap? Yes. I'm still mostly happy with my purchase because, to be honest, it's adorable and fits my aesthetic perfectly. I would be really sad if the hot glue didn't work. Hopefully the rest of the plastic doesn't break haha. Be careful when screwing the holder into the base and you'll be fine. Overall it really only costs about $5 though haha.
