I've only had the clips for about a week. Right now they are doing exactly what was intended. One is on the back of my bedside table to hold my phone charger. Another sits on my desk at home to support the weight of the computer/cable wires to keep the modem from moving. The only thing I don't know is what surface they will be glued to if I decide to move the clip. I'm not sure if glue won't hurt. Just in case since I have new bedroom furniture I put the bedside table on the back of the bedside table. UPDATE: Clamps still work as intended. However, I pulled out two of these in hopes of using them elsewhere. They were attached to a granite post so I didn't foresee any problems. The granite is fine but the adhesive on the back of the clip has peeled off and is unusable. The seller never stated that these clips could be lifted and "re-sticked" so I'll leave my review at that. I basically added an update for informational purposes.
