Great product for beginners Honestly it has more than you really need but it has everything you need. The basket is very high quality and will last a long time. I also like the lamé with extra blades. A spatula is good, but not 100% necessary. The silicone mat is very cool but not easy to clean, I would use it a lot more if it was easier; I usually just disinfect the counter, dry it, dust it with flour and work on that surface. Everything in this set is of above average quality. Great for those looking for a complete bread baking starter kit, just buy a toaster and starter and you're good to go.
