Arrived as described. OEM quality.
My Dodge Caravan has driven 125,000 miles and has given a (P108 I think) thermostat rationality trouble code. Code cleared, no signs of overheating so I ordered a motorbike replacement. Came in branded packaging, fits perfectly, once installed everything works. I took a part off a Mopar and the $11 bike was a cheap replacement.
