I slept about 2 hours a night, 15 minutes when I bought the Zen Sack for my 20 week old baby. My son went from sleeping randomly during the night to waking every hour for an hour after a 4 month sleep regression. He's always slept better in my arms, so I thought Zen Sack would help him feel more secure when we take him to the crib after rocking and playing. We had to make that transition a lot quicker than we wanted because it flipped. We started sleep training the same night we started using Zen Sack and he fidgeted for 5 minutes the first night but fell asleep quickly and slept from 8:30pm to 7am. I was shocked! We've had the product for a week now and it's consistently sleeping 8-9 hours straight. I can't say for sure that Zen Sack is 100% to blame, but I think it really helped him as he learned to calm down. Great product, wish I had found it sooner! I plan to buy a second one as a backup while the other gets washed. Age 4.5 months, weight 16 pounds. Purchased size 6-12 months to allow room to grow. Thanks to the double buckles on the shoulders, it now has a great fit and plenty of room to grow. Soft fabric, great quality, wash well and very cute.
