That's why I prefer self-sufficient units for baby monitors. We have two floors and that seems to send the signal down for the monitor to pick up well. Might as well go to my back porch. Large screen, easy to operate and set parameters, time, date, etc. The camera itself is cute and simple. I like being able to rotate it to change direction instead of having to physically move the camera to get the right angle. This one I was able to sit down and adjust with the monitor. What I didn't like was that the connector was directly in front of the audio antenna. Caused some issues revolving around staying connected. It just seems like a weird place to plug in power. Apart from that I am very happy with it.
