I am using this monitor with 12th Gen Intel CPU, DDR5 and all NVME-PCIE4 memory plus 3090 Evga Kingpin. 4k is amazing with this monitor! I can't get past 144 fps (that's the limit of my GPU), but it easily hits 120 fps depending on the game. Mind you, this is a HUGE screen. I still think a 32 inch 1440p screen is the best place to play, but I'm a tech enthusiast.
