Great fit. Changes are not required.
I bought these for my 2004 Chevy Express. Some reviews have said that you need to drill latch holes in the door panels to fit this car but I didn't find this to be necessary. I used channel locks to snap them in and they held up very well - better than the factory pins on the door panels. 30 was more than enough to replace all of my missing or broken clips.
